Spot Them All: Find uniBot! Competition Terms and Conditions
- The “Find uniBot” competition (the “Competition”) is open to all attendees visiting the 2024 Annual BHF Conference.
- To enter the Competition, participants must visit the https://bhf.universal.co.za/ webpage and enter the competition online.
- Five winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
- The competition period will begin and end on the dates and times specified by Universal.
- The winner of the Competition will be selected at random by Universal from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
- The winner will be notified by phone or email within seven days of the end of the competition period. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Universal reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- The prizes for the Competition are three Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen, 2023 release) 5.5” Touchscreen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Smart display with Alexa and 2 MP camera valued at R5000.
- The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Universal reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is not available for any reason.
- By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Universal’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Competition is not open to employees of Universal or their immediate families.
- Universal reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties that arise outside of their control.
- The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
