Test Your Memory and Match the UH Services Icons Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The Competition: The “Test Your Memory and Match the UH Services Icons” competition (the “Competition”) is open to all attendees visiting the 2026 Annual BHF Conference.
  2. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must visit the official webpage at https://bhf.universal.co.za/ register to play the game and complete the entry form online.
  3. The Winner: One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
  4. Competition Period: The Competition will run during the specific dates and times outlined by Universal Healthcare.
  5. Selection Process: The winner will be selected at random by Universal from all valid, eligible entries recorded during the promotional period.
  6. Notification and Forfeiture: The winner will be notified via phone or email within seven (7) days of the competition closing. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of the initial notification, Universal reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  7. The Prize: The prize consists of a pair of Bose QuietComfort Headphones valued at R10,000.
  8. Non-Transferability: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative rewards.
  9. Prize Substitution: Universal reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason.
  10. Agreement to Terms: By entering this Competition, all participants agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.
  11. Finality of Decision: Universal’s decisions regarding any aspect of the Competition are final, and no legal or general correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Eligibility Restrictions: The Competition is not open to employees of Universal Healthcare, its subsidiaries, or members of their immediate families.
  13. Amendments or Cancellation: Universal reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition and its terms without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, technical difficulties, or factors beyond its reasonable control.
  14. Governing Law: This Competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any arising disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
